🍰 ‘BAKED’ TARO OATCAKE 🍰
This is an oatcake. Half oat half cake texture due to the mashed taro paste. It kinda mimics a cake. A much healthier low carb version. Sorry for the ingredient again coz I am a taro lover and I still have a lot of taro left to play around with different type of weird creations. 😅

Recipe: (for the taro oatcake)
– 10g of instant oats
– half cup of taro cubes
– 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
– 2 tablespoon of ground flax
– 50ml of oat milk
– 1 tablespoon of greek yogurt

Recipe: (for the yogurt)
– splash of oatmilk to mix
– 10g of strawberry protein powder USANA
– 2 tablepoon of greek yogurt

Toppings:
– plum
– kiwi
– my homemade honey cinnamon granola nuts
– lindt 99% dark chocolate

* Combine all the ingredients for oatcake into a bowl. 

* Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. (I checked my mug at 2 minutes and then let it cook 1 minute more.)

* Top with yogurt, fruits and granola nuts.
