🖤 BLACK SESAME 🍓 CHEESECAKE 🖤
This is probably the creamiest oatcake I made. The added filling of cream cheese together with the stove top creamy oats + yogurt, fuiyoh mama mia 👍🤭
– 15g of rolled oats (cook over fire)
– 10g of ground flaxseed
– 10g of chia seed
– 2 tablespoon of black sesame powder
– 50ml of liquid
Cook on low fire until thic thic.. transfer into a bowl, refrigerate overnight.
Cream cheese filling:
– maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon cream cheese
– strawberry 🍓
Next day dig a hole of the oatcake, place the fillings into it.
Transfer into a plate, and WALAH your cheesecake is done. Of coz you need some toppings
– greek yogurt
– matcha glaze (matcha powder + coconut oil)
