🍵 HEALTHY MATCHA ‘TIRAMISU’ 🍵
Craving for tiramisu but want a healthy one. This is it… a healthy tiramisu recipe using plant based ingredients.
Thank you boss for giving some of her sourdough cookies from yinssourdough. It really goes so well with the pudding. 😋
Ingredients for the pudding:
– 10g of chia seed
– 10g of ground flax
– 5g of hemp seed
– 100ml of genmaicha milk
Mix everything and preferably soak overnight or at least 4 hours.
– 10g of matcha powder
– 100ml of greek yogurt
Layer the pudding and yogurt. Place some crush biscuits and banana in between for texture. Top with more yogurt, crushed biscuits, banana coins, granolas, nuts, n dried cranberries… 🤌🏻
