Okay, tbh i wanted to make oat pudding but I failed coz Iโ€™m out of instant oats and I added too much liquid so it din set at all.. ๐Ÿ˜ญ So, I decided to microwave it and turn it into a cake instead but turns out the texture is like a brownies ๐Ÿคคplus the additional of chocolate ganache is just ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿฅบ but bear it mind this took longer than I expected to get it cooked completely using a microwave. So if you want a quick single whipped out then you can try this..

SWIPE NEXT FOR THE VID AND FILLING โ€”โ€”>>

Recipe for a single brownies:
– 15g of ground flaxseed
– 30g of chocolate protein
– 5g of chia seed
– 50ml of almond milk
– 2 tablespoon of orange juice
– orange zest
Mix it up into a thick batter. I let it sit overnight for it to thicken (well just coz i was actually wanted to make an oat pudding)

Optional inner filling:
– pumpkin mash

The next day take it out and place it in a ramekin layered with parchment paper. Microwave for 10 min.. keep checking every 1 min after 6 min to avoid drying out.

Top with ganache, greek yogurt and nut butter.

Chocolate nut ganache:
– 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
– 15g of melted dark chocolate
– nuts (hazelnuts)
