🍫 MINI BLACKFOREST YOGURT PROTEIN BITES 🍫
Trying out new recipe. Small bites like this makes oatmeal more appetising.
The balls recipe:
15g of instant oats
5g ground flaxseed 5g of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
10g of chocolate protein powder
10g of breakfirstbyamy masala chai almond butter
Added Some almond milk to mix into a thick paste
Mixed everything in a bowl and make into small balls. You can either baked it for 10min for a crunchy texture or Chill in the freezer for 30min then top with yogurt, jam, chocolate sauce, nuts and seeds.
