🥯 THREE LAYER FILLING BUN 🥯
I bought this bun awhile ago from a japanese store last weekend. And i store it in the freezer as i have not plan to eat it yet. This morning, i heat it up and toast it and to my surprise, the bun was not dry and still taste as moist and fluffy. I bet it would taste better when it was hot fresh from then oven. But nevertheless, i still love it and planning to get more soon from lepan.penang. And oh, bonus point: this tomato basil bun is made from sourdough, LOW GLUTEN and vegan. (Thank you for clarifying ☺️)

    Tomato basil bun is Vegan and Sourdough. It is low in gluten after long fermentation but not GF.
